The firm is led by Advocate Malini Jain, Founder and Managing Partner, an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi with over eight years of courtroom and advisory experience. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and various tribunals and has served as a Legal Researcher under the guidance of Hon’ble Justice Deepa Sharma (Retd.), Delhi High Court.
Advocate Malini Jain is also a Certified POSH Expert and Trainer, actively assisting organizations in complying with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013. She serves as an External Member on Internal Committees (ICC), conducts compliance training, and advises organizations on workplace compliance frameworks.
