Advocate Malini Jain & Associates is a multi-disciplinary law practice offering legal services across litigation and compliance, including corporate and commercial matters, RERA and property law, POSH compliance, Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) matters, civil and criminal litigation, and tribunal representation.
With active practice in Delhi High Court, Mumbai High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, Armed Forces Tribunal, and major District Courts, the firm provides exposure to diverse legal work and practical courtroom experience.
We welcome law students who are keen to learn and gain practical exposure to the legal profession.
Our internship program is designed to help students:
Understand court procedures and legal drafting
Gain exposure to litigation and advisory work
Learn research, case analysis, and documentation
Develop professional ethics and responsibility
Experience real-time legal practice under guidance
Interns will have the opportunity to work on matters relating to corporate law, property disputes, service matters, POSH compliance, and civil and criminal litigation.
We invite applications from advocates who are enrolled with any State Bar Council and are interested in working with our firm as associates or collaborators.

Willingness to work across different courts and tribunals
Ready to relocate to Delhi or Mumbai, as per requirement

Candidates applying for associate or long-term collaboration roles must be willing to relocate to any of our offices in Delhi or Mumbai based on operational requirements of the firm.
